Scullie's Spicy Grilled Tuna Sammies

This is what I made for dinner tonight (I didn’t actually measure, so these are estimates)

2 cans solid white tuna
1/8 c lowfat mayo (I kept this amt low, but you can use more to your taste)
2 T spicy brown mustard
5 shakes Tobasco
2 T horseradish
2 radishes, diced
1 rib celery, diced
2 jalapenos, diced
1/4 c red onion, diced

combined all ingredients and taste. yum! add more of whatever you like. taste again. mmm… let flavors blend until spouse gets home.

Haven’t cooked it yet so I’m guessing on this part:
Preheat grill (GF in the house here - going to try it on med or hi)

1 vine ripened tomato, sliced or diced or whatever
1 hass avocado
4 slices of Milton’s bread
cheese - we are out of all cheese except mozz and gorgonzola…going to try some mozz but would recommend pepper jack or cheddar

scoop out avocado and spread on 1 slice of bread for each person
sprinkle on cheese
add filling
top with tomatoes
top with other slice of bread

grill until cheese is melted and bread is browned
