Sweet and Sour Pasta Salad

This may sound odd, but it is great, especially in the summer (and very easy to make). And it doesn’t go bad like so many other salads so it’s great for picnics and such (although it tastes better cold):

1 box medium shell pasta
1 can tomato soup
1 can cider vinegar (use the tomato soup can)
1 can oil (I use canola oil - again use the soup can)
1 cup sugar
1 cucumber - chopped
1 red onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
salt & pepper - to taste. I put in after all is mixed.

Cook pasta and cool. Mix rest of ingredients in very large bowl. Add pasta.

Refrigerate overnight and stir a couple of times to mix the marinade through. Tastes better the longer it marinates.
