Leftover chicken? Ren's two-way dipping sauces

Tried this the other day when we had some leftover grilled chicken breast. Cut up the meat into cubes, then briefly pan-fry in some oil to warm through (don’t overcook!). Divide into 2 portions and drizzle with the sauces or give each person their own sauce dishes!

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce - skip that bottled junk. This is cheaper and just as good.
1 T sugar
4 T soy sauce
2 T mirin (sweet rice wine for cooking–check the Asian food section of your grocery store)

Mix ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for one minute.

Buffalo Chicken wing sauce - the original and the best!
4 T butter or butter substitute
4 T Frank’s Hot Sauce (don’t use Tabasco)

Melt butter, stir in hot sauce to taste. A 1 to 1 is for the mild version. So easy it’s criminal.
