CRUST

3 CUPS HONEY MAID GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
5 TBSP OF SUGAR
1/2 CUP BUTTER


FILLING

1 CUP OF SUGAR
4 PACKAGES OF PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
1 TSP OF VANILLA
1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM
4 EGGS

TOPPING

1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM
1/4 CUP OF SUGAR
1 TSP OF VANILLA

DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 325

LINE A 13X9 PAN WITH FOIL, ENDS OVER SIDES (YOU WILL USE THIS TO PULL CAKE OUT OF PAN).
MIX CRUMBS, BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER AND PRESS INTO BOTTOM OF PAN. SET ASIDE.

BEAT CREAM CHEESE, 1 CUP OF SUGAR, 1 TSP OF VANILLA WITH MIXER UNTIL BLENDED WELL, ADD 1 CUP OF SOUR
CREAM MIX WELL. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING ON LOW SPEED AFTER EACH JUST UNTIL BLENDED, POUR
OVER CRUST. (NOTE: BE SURE CREAM CHEESE IS SUPER SOFT OR YOU CAN BURN UP YOUR MIXER!!)

BAKE 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS ALMOST SET. MIX TOPPING SOUR CREAM, SUGAR AND VANILLA, CAREFULLY SPREAD OVER
CHEESCAKE, BAKE 10 MINUTES, COOL COMPLETELY. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 3 HOURS. USE FOIL HANDLES TO LIFT FROM PAN
BEFORE CUTTING TO SERVE. TOP WITH BERRIES IF PREFERRED. ENJOY
