Comes the “Caribbean Hummer” - aka the ultimate umbrella drink - invented for me by a nudie-bar bartender many aeons ago back when I was into such establishments:
1 shot Amaretto
1 shot Creme du Banana
1 shot Malibu Rum
1 shot Peach Schnapps (this one’s optional, I added it to the recipe later on when experimenting and decided it tasted good in there even if it’s not Caribbean)
Mix over ice in a tall glass, top it off with pineapple juice and a dash of red grenadine syrup.
WARNING you cannot taste the alcohol in this drink, but it’s extremely potent.
