cranberry butter

this is perfect to spread on a hot biscuit on a cold morning. Take one cup of real butter and soften…take 3/4 cup of cranberries and blend them in the food processor til tiny …toss them in the butter…add 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey and blend well…refrige for a few hrs to firm up…cook some biscuits and while they are in the oven cream the butter up to help spread smooth toss it on a warm biscuit and enjoy
